Grand Island Public Schools Recruitment & Retention Coordinator GIPS is seeking an outgoing, dynamic Recruitment & Retention Coordinator.
This 12-month position will develop and support district efforts to attract and retain high quality teaching talent.
Activities will include developing relationships with higher education, which results in attracting top teaching talent to the district; screening and interviewing teacher applicants; and maintaining relationships with recently hired staff to improve teacher retention rates.
The ideal candidate will be a successful educator who aspires to the role of a building principal, with 50% or more of a Masters Degree in School Leadership or Administration completed.
Requires the ability to travel to campuses throughout the Midwest (current NE Drivers license).
Position Begins January 2018. Position closes 12/8/17.
