TITLE AND ABSTRACT AGENCY OF AMERICA, INC. is an attorney owned and affiliated full service title agency seeking seasoned escrow officers with a book of business for its expanding statewide office network. We offer generous compensation package that includes base salary, monthly commissions and a signing bonus based on your book of business. Currently, we are expanding our staff in Palm Beach, Broward and Dade counties, and also have positions available in the Tampa, Orlando and Naples areas.
Job Duties and responsibilities include:
- Processing new real estate transactions from receipt of contract through closing.
- Market company products and services to your industry contacts and cross sell to transaction parties.
- Accurate and timely completion of all documents necessary to facilitate the closing.
- Review and comply with all title commitment and pre-closing requirements.
- Working closely with clients, lenders, realtors, internal staff, and other parties to ensure a timely closing transaction.
- Provide follow up customer service to ensure clients and transaction parties satisfaction.
