Pilot Recruiter -North East region
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for applicants for pilot vacancies.
Skilled in sourcing and screening techniques; and a basic understanding of the Company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of pilot requirements.
Ability to facilitate a quick and economical hiring of pilots.
Duties & Responsibilites
Responsible for North East pilot recruitment efforts
Be able to work in fast pace environment
Promote Silver Airways training program to qualified Pilots
Handle a heavy number of calls daily: both screening and returning calls
Be able to be creative and innovative at developing recruiting strategies
Excellent follow-up and tracking skills.
Flexibility to work nights and weekends when needed
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed
Impeccable communication skills.
Attend career fairs for recruiting & company
Educational & Background
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
At least 2-3 years’ experience in recruiting pilots
