Provide exceptional customer service to subscribers and non-subscribers via inbound telephone and email inquiries.
Research, respond and resolve various subscriber inquiries regarding subscriptions and access to digital products via computer, laptop, tablet and mobile devices, WiFi internet connectivity.
Utilize proactive persuasive / retention skills to turn requests for cancellations into sales and save opportunities by identifying customer needs.
Ability to ask meaningful questions to gain a clear understanding of technical issues to troubleshoot and resolve minor technical problems for customers.
Responsible for utilizing multiple customer and vendor databases to access, change or input account information for customers.
Facilitate the creation of product specific test scenarios for system upgrades, web and IVR applications.
Liaison with multiple vendor helpdesk portals to troubleshoot issues with digital edition phone and web applications.
Requirements: Must be dependable; excellent customer service skills required; understanding of servers, virtual drives, and directory structures Excellent computer skills necessary; attention to detail and accuracy a must. This position requires sitting and use of telephone/ computer/mouse for extended periods of time. Must work weekends.
